Chap. CXLVIII.— An Act *for the relief of Samuel Kincaid.* June 28, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, To be placed on pension roll.authorized and directed to place the name of Samuel Kincaid, on the list of invalid pensioners, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, in lieu of his pension of eight dollars per month, which he at present receives, to commence from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-six.
