Chap. CXLIII.— An Act *for the relief of J. K. Tefft, administrator of Francis Didier Petit de Fillers, deceased.* August 11, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That J. K. Tefft, administrator of Francis Didier Petit de Villers, late of Savannah, in the state of Georgia, deceased, be, and he is hereby, released from all and all manner of interest, claim, orReleased from all claim of U. S. founded on a certain judgment. demand of the United States, founded on a judgment obtained by the said United States against the said Francis Didier Petit de Villers in his life-time, and one Paul Dupont, for the sum of eight hundred and sixty dollars with interest and costs, which said judgment was obtained and is now of record in the district court of the United States for the district of Georgia, and that the attorney for the United States, for the said district, be, and he is hereby, directed and required to enter satisfaction on the same.
