CLXXXII.— An Act *for the relief of Asahel Lee, Harvey Lee, and Lemuel Lee.* March 3, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he isAmount due to be ascertained and paid. hereby, authorized to audit and settle the amount due to Asahel Lee, Harvey Lee, and Lemuel Lee, on a contract entered into by them on the tenth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight 907 TWENTY-SEVENTH CONGRESS. Ogden, acting on behalf of the United States, by which they agreed to erect a bridge across the Kaskaskia river, and to construct a certain part of the Cumberland road in the state of Illinois; and that he pay said amount, when ascertained, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
