CLXXIII.— An Act *for the relief of the heirs and representatives of Thomas Atkinson, deceased.* August 16, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the heirs and legal representatives of the late Thomas Atkinson, of Crawford county, in the state of Pennsylvania,Released from balance due on a certain bond. be, and they hereby are, released and discharged from the balance due on the bond of the United States, in which the said Thomas Atkinson was one of the sureties for Richard Bean, a collector of direct tax and internal duties of the United States, for the twenty-third Pennsylvania collection district, and from the judgment obtained by the United States thereon against the executors of the said Thomas Atkinson.
