Chap. CI.— An Act *for the relief of the representative of Thomas Clemmons.* March 3, 1835. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the proper accounting officers of the treasuryAccount for services as an artificer to be adjusted, &c. audit and adjust the account of the representative of Thomas Clemmons, for his services as an artificer in the brigade of Kentucky mililia in the service of the United States, in the year eighteen hundred and twelve, and allow him such reasonable compensation as he is entitled to as such representative for the services of said Thomas Clemmons as such artificer, and for expenses in removing the gunsmith tools of the said Thomas Clemmons from his residence, until they were transported at public expense, and for the expense of returning them again from the place the said Thomas Clemmons was discharged, to his residence, and for the use of said tools during the term he so had them in the public service.
Sec. 2. *And be it further enacted,* That the sums so found due beAppropriation. paid to said representative, out of any money in the treasury, by the Secretary of the Treasury, not otherwise appropriated.
