Chap. CCX.— An Act *for the relief of Samuel M. Asbury.* June 28, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, required to pay out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated,A pension granted to him. to Samuel M. Asbury, the sum of four dollars per month during his natural life, to commence on the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-four. Approved, June 28, 1836.
