Chap. CCI.— An Act *for the relief of Hezekiah Cunningham.* August 23, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Postmaster General be, and he is hereby,Payment for transporting the mail. authorized and required to pay to Hezekiah Cunningham, the sum of eight hundred and forty-three dollars, out of the funds of the Post Office Department, in full of his claim for transporting the mail (from the fourth of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-nine, until the twenty-eighth of June following,) on route two thousand seven hundred and twenty-three, from Vincennes, Indiana, to Danville, Illinois.
