R. 3811](/us/bill/76/hr/3811)][[Public, No. 71](/us/pl/76/1)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Postmaster Pneumatic mail lube systems, New York and Boston, appraisal authorized. General is authorized and directed to provide for an appraisal by competent engineers of the properties comprising the pneumatic mail tube systems in New York and Boston and the franchises enjoyed and patent rights utilized in connection therewith.
Sec. 2. Appropriation authorized.There is authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sum as may be necessary to carry out this Act, but not to exceed $25,000.
