S. C., Supp. IV, § 584.](/us/usc/t16/s584). the Act entitled “An Act to establish a Civilian Conservation Corps, and for other purposes”, approved June 28, 1937 (50 Stat. 319), as amended, is amended by striking out of the second proviso the words “for the period of three years after July 1, 1937, and no longer”Duration of provisions of Act. and inserting in lieu thereof the words “July 1, 1943”.
Sec. 2. Section 13 of said Act is amended by substituting a colon[50 Stat. 321](/us/stat/50/321).[16 U. S. C., Supp. IV, § 5841](/us/usc/t16/s5841).Official seal for Corps. for a period after the last word in the section and inserting the following: “*Provided*, That the Director may designate an appropriate official seal for the Corps which shall be judicially noticed and which shall be preserved in the custody of the Director.” Sec. 3. This Act shall be immediately effective.

R. 3122](/us/bill/76/hr/3122)][[Public, No. 327](/us/pl/76/327)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the time forColumbia River.Time extended for bridging, at The Dalles, Oreg. completing the construction of a bridge across the Columbia River near The Dalles, Oregon, authorized to be built by The Dalles Bridge Company, a Washington corporation, by an Act of Congress approved 53 Stat. 1254[47 Stat. 1552](/us/stat/47/1552);[48 Stat. 649](/us/stat/48/649);[50 Stat. 27](/us/stat/50/27).March 4, 1933, heretofore extended by Acts of Congress approved April 30, 1934, and March 10, 1937, is hereby further extended two *Proviso*.Resubmission of plans.years from March 4, 1940: *Provided*, That it shall not be lawful to continue construction of said bridge until plans therefor shall again be submitted to and approved by the Chief of Engineers and by the Secretary of War.
