C. § 641](/us/usc/t48/s641). be inserted in the Act entitled “An Act to provide a government for the Territory of Hawaii”, approved April 30, 1900 (31 Stat. 141), as amended, immediately following section 86 thereof, to read as follows:" “86a. That the rules heretofore or hereafter promulgated and made effective by the Supreme Court of the United States under authority of the Act approved June 19, 1934 (48 Stat. 1064;
U. S. C., title 28, secs. 723b, 723c), or under authority of any other statute, regulating Rules of civil procedure, etc., in U. S. district courts made applicable to.[48 Stat. 1064](/us/stat/48/1064).[28 U. S. C. §§ 723b, 723c](/us/usc/t28/s723b/723c). the forms of process, writs, and motions, and the pleadings, practice, and procedure, in action of a civil nature in the district courts of the United States, and regulating appeals therefrom, shall apply to the district court of the United States for Hawaii and to appeals therefrom.

R. 3065](/us/bill/76/hr/3065)][[Public, No. 134](/us/pl/76/134)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Public Law International Boundary Commission, United States and Mexico, American section.[49 Stat. 906](/us/stat/49/906).Adjustment and payment of certain private property damage claims. Numbered 370, Seventy-fourth Congress, approved August 27, 1935, is amended by adding a paragraph to the said Act reading as follows:
" “The Secretary of State acting through such officers as he may designate, is further authorized to consider, adjust, and pay from funds appropriated for the project, the construction of which resulted in damages, any claim for damages accruing after March 31, 1937, caused to owners of lands or other private property of any kind by reason of the operations of the United States, its officers or employees, in the survey, construction, operation, or maintenance of any project constructed or administered through the American Commissioner, International Boundary Commission, United States and Mexico, if such claim for damages does not exceed $1,000 and has been filed with the American Commissioner within one year after the damage is alleged to have occurred, and when in the opinion of the American Commissioner such claim is substantiated by a report of a board appointed by the said Commissioner.
