(/us/pvtl/76/90)]. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the SecretaryMartha Austin.Issue of land patent to. of the Interior is authorized and directed to issue to Martha Austin a patent in fee to the north half southwest quarter section 1, and north half southeast quarter section 2, township 34 north, range 31 east Montana principal meridian: *Provided*, That the patent shall*Proviso*.Mineral, etc., reservation. contain a reservation to the United States of all the oil and gas in the lands so patented, together with the right to prospect for, mine, and remove the same, in accordance with the provisions, reservations, conditions,[38 Stat. 509](/us/stat/38/509).[30 U. S. C. §§ 121–123](/us/usc/t30/s121–123). and limitations of the Act of July 17, 1914 (38 Stat. 509).

Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall bePenalty for violation. deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000.
