(/us/pvtl/76/167)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Johannes or John Kostiuk and others.Cancelation of order of deportation, etc. That in the administration of the immigration and naturalization laws the Secretary of Labor is hereby authorized and directed to cancel the warrant of arrest and the order of deportation heretofore issued against Johannes or John, Julia, Michael, William, and Anna Kostiuk.
Date of admittance for permanent residence.Hereafter, for the purposes of the immigration and naturalization laws, such aliens shall be deemed to have been admitted for all purposes to the United States for permanent residence on April 15, 1925: *Provided*, *Proviso*.Ineligibility to citizenship.That the said Johannes or John, Julia, Michael, William, and Anna Kostiuk shall never be eligible to become citizens of the United States.
