That the Attorney General is hereby authorized to accept and maintain, on behalf of the United States, membership in the International Criminal Police Commission and to incur the necessary expenses therefor not to exceed $1,500 per annum. Approved, June 10, 1938.

C. § 291](/us/usc/t10/s291). of the Act approved June 3, 1916, as amended by the Act approved July 2, 1926 (44 Stat. 780), be, and the same is hereby, amended by striking out the words “sixteen thousand” in line 5 and inserting in lieu thereof the words “twenty-one thousand five hundred”.
