Pillsbury.Payment to estate of. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the estate of Benjamin A. Pillsbury (William J. Pillsbury, executor) the sum of $2,989,09. Such sum shall be in full satisfaction of 52 Stat. 1444all claims against the United States for damages to the schooner A.
