(/us/pvtl/75/812)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryBartholemew Harrington.Cancelation of order of deportation, etc. of Labor is hereby authorized and directed to cancel the outstanding order and warrant, of deportation in the case of Bartholemew Harrington, any provision of the existing law to the contrary notwithstanding. From and after the approval of this Act, Bartholemew Harrington shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same fact upon which the outstanding proceedings rest.
