(/us/pvtl/75/608)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That E. E. Tillett,E. E. Tillett.Release of liability for certain transportation cost, etc. field supervisor, Emergency Conservation Work, National Park Service, stationed at Honolulu, Territory of Hawaii, is hereby released from any liability to refund or pay to the United States the sum of $774.64, representing that portion of the total amount authorized by travel order dated June 3, 1935, to be paid by the Department of the Interior to the said E.
E. Tillett for the cost of transportation from52 Stat. 1350the District of Columbia to Honolulu, for traveling expenses, and for per-diem allowance in lieu of subsistence expenses for the period from June 6, 1935, to October 31, 1935, which was disallowed by the General No later deduction.Accounting Office after payment. No deduction on account of the payment of such sum of $774.64 shall hereafter be made from any amount due or payable out of Government funds to the said E. E.
Payment to.Tillett; and the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said E. E. Tillett a sum equal to the amount heretofore deducted or withheld on account of such payment, plus the sum of $575.50, representing that portion of the total amount authorized by travel order dated June 3, 1935, to be paid by the Department of the Interior to the said E. E. Tillett for traveling expenses and for per-diem allowance in lieu of subsistence expenses for the period from November 1, *Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees.1935, to March 15, 1936: *Provided*, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be Penalty for violation.unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined m any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved, June 16, 1938. That notwithstanding any limitation relating to the time within which an application for a license must be filed or to the granting of licenses on a reciprocal basis in the jurisdiction from which the applicant came, the Commission on Licensure to Practice the Healing Art in the District of Columbia is authorized to issue a license to practice the healing art in the District of Columbia to Doctor Sigfried Speyer and Doctor Luther Fete, of Washington, District of Columbia, if found qualified in accordance with the provisions of section 25 of the Healing Arts [45 Stat. 1335](/us/stat/45/1335).Practice Act, District of Columbia, 1928.
