Credit of account in amount paid by, to J. W. Talbert. General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the account of G. F. Flanders, former United States marshal for the southern district of Georgia, in the amount of $87.50, being the amount paid by him to J. W. Talbert for stenographic service in reporting the testimony in the case of United States against Frank Debbs Ware in July 1933, said sum having been disallowed as compensation in excess of the amount allowed by the Act of March 10, 1916 (39 Stat. 120).[39 Stat. 120](/us/stat/39/120).[5 U. Time for filing claim. of Agriculture, during October 1923: *Provided,* That no benefits shall accrue prior to the enactment of this Act: *Provided further,* That claim hereunder shall be filed within six months after the enactment of this Act.
