(/us/pl/75/365)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That hereafterArmy, enlisted men.Stenographic reporters, extra pay. enlisted men of the Army detailed to serve as stenographic reporters for general courts martial, courts of inquiry, military commissions, and retiring boards, while so serving, shall receive extra pay at the rate of not exceeding 10 cents for each one hundred words taken in shorthand and transcribed, such extra pay to be met from the annual appropriation for expenses of courts martial, and so forth.

Blair.Restrictions respecting certain counsel waived in favor of. of Harry W. Blair as an attorney or counselor specially employed, retained, or appointed by the Attorney General or under authority of the Department of Justice to assist in the conduct of legal proceedings appertaining to claims in behalf of Osage Indians for the recovery of royalties on oil produced from tribal lands, including all proceedings therein and any other case or proceeding, appellate or otherwise, that may arise out of or pertain to the right of said Indians to royalties on oil produced from tribal lands, shall not be construed to be employment within the meaning of sections 109[18 U. S. C. §§ 198, 203](/us/usc/t18/s198/203).[R.
