(/us/pl/75/335)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryWest Point Military Reservation, N.Y.Jurisdiction over portions, transferred to Treasury Department for public building construction. of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to make transfers to the jurisdiction and control of the Secretary of the Treasury of such portions of the property at present included within the West Point Military Reservation, New York, and upon such conditions as may be mutually agreed upon by the Secretary of War and the Secretary of the Treasury.
The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to construct within the limits of the property so transferred such building or buildings, appurtenances, and approaches thereto as he may deem adequate and suitable for the use of the Treasury Department as a depository, and for use in carrying out any other functions or duties of the Treasury Department: *Provided*, That upon cessation*Proviso*.Reversionary provision. of such use the premises or any part thereof so transferred shall revert to the jurisdiction of the War Department.

August 21, 1937[[H. R. 2014](/us/bill/75/hr/2014)][[Public, No. 336](/us/pl/75/336)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Everglades National Park, Fla.[48 Stat. 816](/us/stat/48/816).[16 U. S. C. § 410b](/us/usc/t16/s410b). That section 3 of the Act entitled “An Act to provide for the establishment of the Everglades National Park in the State of Florida, and for other purposes”, approved May 30, 1934, be, and the same is hereby, amended by striking therefrom the following words:
“ *And provided further,* Provision prohibiting expenditure of public moneys eliminated.That the United States shall not expend any public moneys for the administration, protection, or development of the aforesaid park within a period of five years from the date of approval of this Act. ” Approved, August 21, 1937.
