Adjustment of postal accounts, etc. General of the United States, in the settlement and adjustment of accounts and claims for services rendered at third- and fourth-class post offices, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the account of Grace M. Moore, deceased, former postmaster at Fostoria, Michigan, with $750.92, being the amount paid from postal receipts to Andy A.
