(/us/bill/75/pvtl/242)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Sheehy Drilling Company.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the Sheehy Drilling Company, of Casper, Wyoming, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $660, said sum to be in full settlement of any and all claims against the Government for the balance due said Sheehy Drilling Company for completing performance of Department of the Interior (United States Geological Survey) contract No. 1–ga–2423, dated October 5, 1933, for plugging and abandonment of the Zola Oil Company well numbered 1, located on the southeast northwest section 25, township 27 north, range 93 west sixth principal meridian, Crook's Creek Area, in Fremont County.
Wyoming, on canceled oil and gas *Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees.prospecting permit, Cheyenne 029569: *Provided*, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary Penalty for violation.notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000.

West Virginia, the sum of $115.25. Such sum shall be in full satisfaction of its claim against the United States for the value of certain materials and equipment (plus the cost of labor on a portion thereof) furnished the district engineer, fourth district, Works Progress Administration, Parkersburg, West Virginia, by the said Goldenberg Furniture Company. The claim of such company for the payment of such sum was disallowed by the Acting Comptroller General of the United States on the ground that such materials and equipment were delivered and labor thereon performed upon the verbal order of an employee of the Works Progress Administration who was not authorized to act as a purchasing or contracting officer for the United States: *Provided*, That no part*Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees. of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
