(/us/pl/74/646).] *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ammunition storage facilities.Appropriation authorised for improvement at places designated. That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,694,171, as follows: Aliamanu, Territory of Hawaii, $1,580,000; Edgewood Arsenal, Maryland (Bush River project), $1,114,171; including the necessary construction and installation of buildings, roads, railroads, and fences, utilities and appurtenances incident thereto, and including also the moving and reconditioning of Ordnance and Chemical Warfare Service stores, as may be necessary to provide safe and adequate storage for munitions.
