Time extended for bridging, at Ogdensburg, N. Y. Vol. 48, pp. 141, 927; *Ante*, p. 301. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Saint Lawrence River at or near Ogdensburg, New York, authorized to be built by the Saint Lawrence Bridge Commission by an Act of Congress approved June 14, 1933, heretofore extended by Acts of Congress approved June 8, 1934, and May 28, 1935, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from June 14, 1936.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 11, 1936. R. 6645](/us/bill/74/hr/6645).][[Public, No. 514](/us/bill/74/pl/514).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Oakland, Calif. Disposition of old postoffice building authorized. Vol. 44, p. 630; [U.
S. C., p. 1793](/us/usc/p1793). That the Act entitled “An Act to provide for the construction of certain public buildings, and for other purposes”, approved May 25, 1926, is amended by adding the following: "“That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered, as soon as he advantageously can do so, to sell, alter, remodel, demolish, or otherwise dispose of the old post-office building at Oakland, California, the cost of demolition or other disposition, if any, to be paid from1203any unallocated moneys available for public building construction.
The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby further authorized to sell all of the old post-office site situated at Broadway, Seventeenth, and Franklin Streets in Oakland, California, at such time, for such price, and upon such terms and conditions as he may deem to be to the best interests of the United States, and to convey such property to the purchaser thereof by the usual quitclaim deed, the proceeds ofProceeds of sale covered into Treasury. said sale to be covered into the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts.”" Approved, April 11, 1936.
