(/us/pl/74/484).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Electric Home and Farm Authority.Continuance, as Federal agency. That notwithstanding any other provision of law, Electric Home and Farm Authority, a corporation organized under the laws of the District of Columbia, shall continue until February 1, 1937, or such earlier date as may be fixed by the President by Executive order, to be an agency of the United States.
During the continuance of such agency, the present investment in the capital stock of such corporation, for the use and benefit of the United States, shall be continued, and such corporation is hereby authorized to use all its assets, including capital and net earnings therefrom, and all moneys which have been or may hereafter be allocated to or borrowed by it, in the exercise of its functions as such agency. Sec. 2. Report, etc., to Congress. The corporation shall file with the President and with the Congress, in December of each year, a financial statement and a complete report as to the business of the corporation covering the preceding governmental fiscal year.
This report shall include an itemized statement of the cost of operation, the total number of employees and the names, salaries and duties of those receiving compensation at the rate of more than $1,500 a year. March 31, 1936.[[S. 3699](/us/bill/74/s/3699).][[Public, No. 485](/us/pl/74/485).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in commemorationCincinnati, Ohio.Commemorative coinage authorized. of the fiftieth anniversary in 1936 of the city of Cincinnati, Ohio, as a center of music, and to commemorate Cincinnati’s contribution to the art of music in the United States for the past fifty years, there shall be coined, at the mints of the United States, silver 50-cent pieces to the number of not more than fifteen thousand, suchNumber. 50-cent pieces to be of the standard troy weight, composition, diameter, device, and such design as shall be fixed by the Director of the Mint, with the approval of the Secretary of the Treasury.
Such 50-cent pieces shall be legal tender in any payment to the amount of their face value. Sec. 2. The coins herein authorized shall be issued only upon theIssue and payment. request of the Cincinnati Musical Center Commemorative Coin Association, of Cincinnati, Ohio, upon payment by such Cincinnati Musical Center Commemorative Coin Association of the par value of such coins, and it shall be permissible for the said Cincinnati Musical Center Commemorative Coin Association to obtain said coins upon said payment, all at one time or at separate times, and in separate amounts, as it may determine.
Sec. 3. All laws now in force relating to the subsidiary silverCoinage laws applicable. coins of the United States and the coining or striking of the same, regulating the guarding and process of coinage, providing for the purchase of material and for the transportation, distribution, and redemption of coins, for the prevention of debasement or counterfeiting, for security of the coins, or for any other purposes, whether said laws are penal or otherwise, shall, so far as applicable, apply to the coinage herein authorized: *Provided*, That the United States*Proviso*.No Federal expense for dies, etc. shall not be subject to the expense of making the necessary dies and other preparations for this coinage.
