That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge and causeway between the mainland, at or near Cedar Point, and Dauphin Island, Alabama, heretofore authorized to be built by Dauphin Island Railway and Harbor Company, its successors and assignsVol. 47, p. 1416; *Ante*, p. 1064.
(Mobile County, Alabama, transferee), as last extended by Public Law Numbered 399, Seventy-second Congress, approved March 1, 1933, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval of this Act. Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 27, 1936.
