(/us/pl/74/367).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentBlack River.Missouri may bridge, near Poplar Bluff. of Congress is hereby granted to the State Highway Commission of Missouri to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Black River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the north line of section 2, township 24 north, range 6 east, near Poplar Bluff, Missouri, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulateConstruction.Vol. 34, p.84; [U.
S. C., p. 1474](/us/usc/74/p1474). the construction of bridges over navigable waters”, approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this Act. Sec. 2.
