That the Secretary of the Navy is hereby authorized to acquire on behalf of the United States a perpetual easement in or use of a suitable site on lot Numbered A4–12, Pearl Harbor, Territory of Hawaii, for a rear range light for the waters of Pearl Harbor, Territory of Hawaii, and for said purpose there is hereby authorized to be appropriated the sum of $100.

Sec. 2. The funds accruing from the sale of property and theFunds from sale of property credited to “Naval hospital fund”.Vol. 48, p. 1224. moneys authorized to be accepted by section 1 of this Act shall be deposited into the Treasury to the credit of the trust fund account “Naval hospital fund (7 s 815)”, subject to the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1934 (48 Stat. 1224, ch. 756).
