(/us/pvt/74/96).] *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Germaine M. Finley. Payment to. *Ante,* p. 592. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Germaine M. Finley, widow of James G. Finley, late a Foreign Service officer of the United States at Havre, France, the sum of $2,750, being one year’s salary of her deceased husband, who died while in the Foreign Service; and there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, a sufficient sum to carry out the purpose of this Act.
