Payment to. of the Navy is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of the Naval Hospital fund, to Mrs. Carlysle Von Thomas, Senior, the sum of $168 to reimburse her for money paid by her for nurse services for her son, Carlysle Von Thomas, Junior, yeoman, third- class (F-1), United States Naval Reserve, incident to an operation for appendicitis performed on August 8, 1931, at Saint Luke’s Hospital, Chicago, Illinois, while Von Thomas was on active duty.
