(/us/pl/73/57).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the State of United States courts.Vol. 36, p. 1108, Vol. 41, p. 1146, amended.Connecticut judicial district.Term of court. Connecticut shall constitute one judicial district to be known as the “district of Connecticut.” Terms of the district court shall be held at New Haven on the second Tuesday in February and the third Tuesday in September; at Hartford on the second Tuesday in May and the first Tuesday in December; at Norwalk on the third Tuesday Columbia added. in April; and at Columbia on the first Tuesday in September: *Proviso*.Rooms at Norwalk and Columbia. *Provided*, That suitable rooms and accommodations shall be furnished for the holdings of said court and for the use of the officers of said court at Norwalk and Columbia free of expense to the Government of the United States.

Oregon may bridge at Waldport. *Post*, p. 804. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Oregon to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across Alsea Bay, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Waldport, Lincoln County, Oregon, in accordance with the provisions Construction. Vol. 34, p. 84. of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters”, approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this Act. 149 Sec. 2.
If tolls are charged for the use of such bridge, the rates Rates of toll applied to operation, sinking fund, etc. of toll shall be so adjusted as to provide a fund sufficient to pay the reasonable cost of maintaining, repairing, and operating the bridge and its approaches under economical management, and to provide a sinking fund sufficient to amortize the cost of the bridge and its approaches, including reasonable interest and financing cost, as soon as possible under reasonable charges, but within a period of not to exceed fifteen years from the completion thereof.
After a sinking Maintenance as free bridge, etc., after amortizing costs. fund sufficient for such amortization shall have been so provided, such bridge shall thereafter be maintained and operated free of tolls, or the rates of toll shall thereafter be so adjusted as to provide a fund of not to exceed the amount necessary for the proper maintenance, repair, and operation of the bridge and its approaches under economical management. An accurate record of the costs of the Record of expenditures and receipts. bridge and its approaches, the expenditures for maintaining, repairing, and operating the same, and of the daily tolls collected, shall be kept and shall be available for the information of all persons interested.
Sec. 3. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 15, 1933. To authorize the coinage of 50-cent pieces in commemoration of the one hundredth anniversary in 1936 of the independence of Texas, and of the noble and heroic sacrifices of her pioneers, whose revered memory has been an inspiration to her sons and daughters during the past century.
