(/us/pl/73/36).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Deeps Creek, Del.Sussex County may bridge, at Cherry Tree Landing. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Levy Court of Sussex County, Delaware, its successors and assigns, to reconstruct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereunto across the Deeps Creek, being a part of a navigable river from Concord, Delaware, to the Chesapeake Bay, at a point suitable to the interests Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.of navigation, at or near Cherry Tree Landing, in the county of Sussex, State of Delaware, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters”, approved March 23, 1906.

That whoever, by virtue of his employment by the United States, shall obtain from another or shall have custody of or access to, or shall have had custody 123of or access to, any official diplomatic code or any matter prepared in any such code, or which purports to have been prepared in any such code, and shall willfully, without authorization or competent authority, publish or furnish to another any such code or matter, or any matter which was obtained while in the process of transmission between any foreign government and its diplomatic mission in the United States, shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.
