That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Ohio River at or near Owensboro, Kentucky, authorized to be built by the State Highway Commission of Kentucky by an Act of Congress approved June 9, 1932, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from June 9, 1933. Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 9, 1933. Amending section 1 of the Act entitled “An Act to provide for stock-raising homesteads, and for other purposes”, approved December 29, 1916 (ch. 9, par. 1, 39 Stat. 862), and as amended February 28, 1931 (ch. 328. 46 Stat. 1454).
