(/us/pl/73/23).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Northwest River.Virginia may bridge, in Norfolk County. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State Highway Commission of Virginia, and its successors, to replace and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Northwest River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Norfolk Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.County, Virginia, on State Highway Route Numbered 27, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters ”, approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 27, 1933. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State Highway Commission of Virginia, and its successors, to maintain and operate, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction Vol. 34, p. 84.of bridges over navigable waters”, approved March 23, 1906, a bridge and approaches thereto already constructed to replace an inadequate structure already constructed across the Staunton and Dan Rivers, at their mouths—Clarksville, in Mecklenburg County, which bridge is hereby declared to be a lawful structure to the same extent and in the same manner as if it had been constructed in accordance with the provisions of said Act of March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 27, 1933.
