That the Comptroller General is authorized and directed to credit the accounts of S. G. Mortimer, postmaster at Belle Fourche, South Dakota, in the amount of $178.92, such sum representing certain amounts charged against the said S. G. Mortimer by reason of his deposit of funds of the United States in the First National Bank of Belle Fourche, South Dakota, and the subsequent closing of such bank.
