(/us/pl/72/90).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary La Fayette Cemetery, Ga.Erection of marker authorized.of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to erect one single marker at the grave in the La Fayette Cemetery at La Fayette, Georgia, in which are buried fifteen unknown Confederate soldiers killed in action in 1864, at a cost not exceeding the cost to be represented by fifteen separate markers as now authorized by law.
