(/us/pl/72/71).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Pearl Pearl River.Construction of temporary railroad bridge across, authorized.River Valley Lumber Company is hereby authorized to construct a temporary railroad bridge connecting its timber holdings and its lands and timber across Pearl River at a point in or near the northeast Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.quarter section 11, township 10 north, range 8 east, Leake County, Mississippi, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.

(2)to accept, Acceptance of donations.on behalf of the United States, donations for such purposes except that the work herein authorized shall not be commenced until there shall have been received donations equal in the aggregate to the estimated cost of such work and unless such work can be completed within a period of three years from the date of enactment of this No Federal expense.Approval of plans.Act. The United States shall be put to no expense in connection with such work. The plans and designs for such fountain and landscaping shall be approved by the National Commission of Fine Arts.
