(/us/pl/72/68).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Blouse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Wichita Indian Reservation, Okla.of Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to advertise Sale of lands in authorized.and sell to the highest bidder for cash, at not less than the appraised value, the following-described tracts of land on the Wichita Indian Reservation in Oklahoma: Southeast quarter southeast Description.quarter, section 3, township 9 north, range 10 west, Indian meridian, in Oklahoma, forty acres; and north half northeast quarter northwest quarter and southeast quarter northeast quarter northwest quarter, section 10, township 7 north, range 10 west, Indian meridian, *Provisos.*Purchase of tracts for cemetery purposes.in Oklahoma, thirty acres: *Provided,* That the proceeds derived therefrom shall be used by the Secretary of the Interior in purchasing suitable tracts of land more conveniently situated, which 75may be desired by the Wichita and affiliated bands of Indians for cemetery purposes: *And provided further,* That there shall be Reservation of mineral rights.reserved to the Indian owners all coal, oil, gas, or other mineral deposits found at any time in the land.

Such To be additional.lands shall be in addition to the lands granted to the State of New Mexico for normal-school purposes under the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to enable the people of New Mexico to form a constitution Vol. 36, p. 557.and State government and be admitted into the Union on an equal footing with the original States; and to enable the people of Arizona to form a constitution and State government and be admitted into the Union on an equal footing with the original States,” approved June 20, 1910, as amended, and the grant of such lands shall be subject to the same terms and conditions as are Terms and conditions.imposed upon the grants made by such Act of June 20, 1910, as amended.
