(/us/pvtl/72/8).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lemuel Simpson. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and laws conferring rights and privileges upon honorably discharged soldiers, their widows, and dependent relatives, Lemuel Simpson, late of Company B, Seventh Regiment *Proviso*. No back pay, etc. Missouri Volunteer Cavalry, and Company K, Fifty-fifth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said Company B, Seventh Regiment Missouri Volunteer Cavalry, on the 20th day of February, 1862: *Provided*, That no back pay, pension, bounty, or other emoluments shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
