(/us/pvtl/72/3).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, F. P. Case. Time limitation for removal of timber extended. That in the enforcement of the contract between the War Department and F. P. Case for sale of all timber on the Catoosa Springs Target Range, Catoosa Springs, Georgia, executed July 29, 1929, and requiring removal of said timber within five hundred and forty-five days under penalty of $500 per year, the exaction of said penalty for non-removal of said timber shall not be required for a period of two years from January 28, 1932.
