(/us/pvtl/72/299).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationArthur I. Noville.Honorable discharge granted to. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Arthur I. Neville, who was a member of Battery B, Three hundred and twenty-fourth Regiment, and Battery A, Three hundred and twenty-third Regiment, United States Field Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 9th day of September, 1919: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, allowance,*Proviso*.No back pay, etc.Vol. 43, pp. 607, 121. or any payment provided under the World War Veterans’ Act, 1924, as amended, the World War Adjusted Compensation Act, 1924, as amended, or other benefit whatsoever to which said person may be or become entitled by law, shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.

Loveless $96.76, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full settlement of all claims against the Government of the United States by reason of the losses and damages caused, respectively, to the said Bethel Cemetery Company, the Presbyterian Church, Harold S.
