McCleary.Allowance to, for difference in pay. General of the United States is authorized and directed to allow to Major O. S. McCleary, United States Army, retired, the sum of $148.98, being difference between active-duty pay and allowances and retired pay for period from July 2 to 20, 1927, while he was on leave from active duty to which as a retired officer he was assigned.
