(/us/pvtl/72/133).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryAlex Bremer.Payment to, for settlement of sale agreement. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $700 to Alex Bremer in full settlement of all claims which the said Alex Bremer has against the Government of the United States, under the terms of sale agreement dated June 30, 1919, being the price agreed to be paid by the Government for thirty-five acres of land at the price of $20 per acre.

Leypoldt Company for certain oats delivered to Fort Crook and Fort Robinson, Nebraska, and to allow in full and final settlement of the said claim a sum of not to exceed $966.39. There is hereby appropriated, outAppropriation. of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $966.39, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for payment of the claim.
