January 25, 1929.[[S. 4976](/us/bill/70/s/4976).][[Public, No. 680](/us/pl/70/680).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consentSpring River.Randolph and Lawrence Counties, Ark., may bridge, at Black Rock. of Congress is hereby granted to the counties of Randolph and Lawrence, State of Arkansas, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Spring River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Black Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “AnConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 25, 1929.
