May 28, 1928.[[S. 2802](/us/bill/70/s/2802).][[Public, No. 561](/us/pl/70/561).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Naval Academy.Midshipmen to be appointed by the Vice President. That hereafter there shall be allowed at the United States Naval Academy, in addition to those allowed by existing law, midshipmen appointed at large by the Vice President of the United States, equivalent in number to those allowed for each United States Senator.
