R. 495](/us/bill/70/hr/495).][[Public, No. 54](/us/pl/70/54).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Allegheny River.Armstrong County, Pa., may bridge, at Kittanning.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Armstrong, a county of the State of Pennsylvania, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a free bridge and approaches thereto across the Allegheny River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Market Street, in the Borough of Kittanning, county of Armstrong, in the State of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the constructionConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.*Post, * p. 1254. of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 16, 1928.
