R. 5528](/us/bill/70/hr/5528).][[Public, No. 668](/us/pl/70/668).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Navy.Electricians eligible for appointment as ensigns. That electricians, radio electricians, chief electricians, and chief radio electricians shall be eligible for appointment to the grade of ensign under the restrictions imposed by law upon the appointment of boatswains, gunners, machinists, chief boatswains, chief gunners, and chief machinists to that grade.
