R. 13069](/us/bill/70/hr/13069).][[Public, No. 535](/us/pl/70/535).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent of Mississippi River.Minnesota may bridge at Aitkin.Congress is hereby granted to the State of Minnesota to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Aitkin, Minnesota, in accordance with the Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of ridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 26, 1928.
