May 26, 1928.[[S. 1145](/us/bill/70/s/1145).][[Public, No. 520](/us/pl/70/520).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United State of America in Congress assembled,* That appropriations Indian Reservations.are hereby authorized out of any money in the Treasury not 751otherwise appropriated for material, equipment, supervision and Appropriations authorized for construction roads in, not eligible under Federal Highway Act, etc.Vol. 42, p. 212.engineering, and the employment of Indian labor in the survey, improvement, construction, and maintenance or Indian reservation roads not eligible to Government aid under the Federal Highway Act and for which no other appropriation is available, under such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior.
