R. 108](/us/bill/70/hr/108).][[Public, No. 46](/us/pl/70/46).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Red River of the North. That the consent of114 Congress is hereby granted to the States of North Dakota andNorth Dakota and Minnesota may bridge, between Grand Forks, N. Dak., and East Grand Forks, Minn. Minnesota to construct, maintain, and operate a free bridge across the Red River of the North at a point suitable to the interests of navigation between Grand Forks, North Dakota, and East Grand Forks, Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges overConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 16, 1928.
