Military record corrected. administration of the pension laws and the laws conferring rights and privileges upon honorably discharged soldiers, their widows, and dependent relatives, George Smith, late private of Company K, Twenty-first Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said organization on the 4th day of March, 1862: *Provided*, That no pay,*Proviso*.
No prior pension, etc. bounty, or other emolument shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, March 4, 1929.
